A Master's degree in English Literature, complemented by a B.Ed and an MBA, has equipped Ms. Awasthi with a rich understanding of pedagogy, leadership, and innovation in education. Her impressive repertoire of over 12 years in school teaching, coupled with her corporate experience, has honed her skills in creating a holistic learning environment that is both inclusive and inspiring.
As a prolific orator, poet, and social worker, Ms. Awasthi embodies the spirit of excellence and service. Her tireless efforts in promoting social causes have earned her prestigious accolades, including the revered Bhism Pitamah Samman and the esteemed Manav Bhushan Samman.

Mr. Rajwinder Singh is a seasoned education leader with a strong background in sports and student development. A national-level representative in Basketball, Volleyball, and Athletics, he brings discipline, teamwork, and a results-driven approach to education.
With years of experience mentoring students who have achieved success at district, state, and national levels, he strongly believes in holistic education that nurtures academic excellence alongside physical fitness, character building, and leadership skills.
As the Director of The Neev School, his vision is to create a learning environment that empowers students to grow with confidence, integrity, and a global outlook.
Amita Shaw is a veteran educationist with over four decades of experience in school education, arts, culture, and holistic child development. An alumna of Carmel Convent School, Gwalior, and Lakshmi Bai National College of Physical Education, she also holds a Master’s in Sociology from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. Over her distinguished career, she has served as a senior teacher at prestigious institutions such as Convent of Jesus and Mary, The Scindia School, and The British School under the British Council.
She later served as Director of National Bal Bhavan, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, and went on to represent India internationally as an ITEC expert in Mauritius, where she established a prototype Bal Bhavan and subsequently served as Director of the Indira Gandhi Centre for Indian Culture under the Indian Council for Cultural Relations, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India.
Renowned for designing innovative programmes in creativity, theatre education, heritage awareness, life skills, and value-based learning, she remains deeply committed to joyful learning, teacher training, and nurturing confident, emotionally balanced, and self-expressive young minds.
Ms. Nalini Varsheny is a Life Practitioner, Self-Empowerment Coach, and gifted storyteller who works at the intersection of education, emotional well-being, and human connection. With a deep focus on interpersonal interactions, she helps individuals unlock their innate healing and growth potential.
An alumna of Sophia’s, Mumbai, Ms. Varsheny completed her Teacher Training in ECCE and brings over three decades of experience as an educator and curriculum designer. She is also trained in Special Education, with an emphasis on Learning Disabilities.
Her professional journey includes serving at reputed institutions such as The Bluebells International School and The Mother’s International School in Delhi, as well as holding the position of Headmistress at Shemrock, Vasant Kunj. Currently, she is an integral part of the "Roohani Rail" initiative, facilitating transformative workshops for children and adults focused on emotional empowerment and guiding participants to step into their best selves.
